We want every visitor to be able to use the Dallas RPS website, including people with disabilities. This page explains the steps we take and how to reach us if something on the site does not work for you.
Our Standard
Our target is Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG sets out practical requirements for vision, hearing, mobility, and cognitive needs.
What We Do
- Add alternative text that describes our project photos
- Organize each page with clear headings for screen reader users
- Keep text large enough to read, with strong color contrast
- Make menus, links, and forms work with a keyboard
- Label every form field clearly
- Check new pages for accessibility before we publish them
Known Limitations
A few features, such as embedded forms or social media feeds, come from outside providers and may not meet every guideline. When we learn about a problem with one of these tools, we contact the provider or look for an alternative.
Alternative Ways to Reach Us
You never have to use the website to work with us. Call our office to ask about services, discuss financing, or schedule a free quote by phone.
